Advisory Services • No Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature and planning required for our services, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of usage, early cancellation, or client dissatisfaction after services begin. Other Services (Branding and Strategy) • All services rendered under business or consulting, strategy development, and branding are considered final and non-refundable. Time, expertise, and resources are allocated upon agreement and commencement of service. • Results are not guaranteed. While we strive to enhance your business or brand through our support and insights, outcomes such as increased profits or social growth depend on several external factors and client implementation beyond our control.
